However, it's not without weaknesses; the platform sometimes requires manual interventions, particularly with Google Drive, and users may experience slow loading times due to the intensive calculations. Despite these issues, CaptivateIQ sets itself apart with unique features such as a logic-based modeling platform, extensive out-of-the-box integrations, easy setup of quotas and targets, and customizable incentives including SPIFs, accelerators, and clawbacks, alongside automated calculation of incentives, making it a powerful tool for managing sales compensations.

  • CaptivateIQ provides deep and seamless integreations with some of the top technologies used across your sales team including, but not limited to; Salesforce, HubSpot, and Netsuite.

What we don't like:

  • There are still some manual steps and a lack of seamless integrations with Google Drive, which can sometimes be a nuisance.
  • Some pages across CaptivateIQ can take a bit of time to load because of the number of active calculations.
